Maybe a surprise or two

Hilary's Record Speaks for Itself: She is careful not to offend Bush or the Democrats so.... Be wary, folks....she is the ultimate politician and that means trouble for us!

Hillary Clinton's Senate Record on the War in Iraq:

January 2007: Hillary says that it was President Bush’s “decision to go to war with an ill-conceived plan and an incompetently executed strategy." She adds, “We expect him to extricate our country from this before he leaves office,” e.g., before 2009, but *************she hedges when asked if this means troop withdrawal by then. In short, Hillary once again makes it clear that her ever-changing positions on the war are tied completely to her domestic political calculations

January 2007: Hillary places the blame for the situation on the Iraqis themselves: "I don't think we should continue to fund the protection for the Iraqi government leaders or for the training and equipping of their army unless they meet certain conditions…." She opposes Bush's "troop surge" and calls for a "cap" on troop levels, but refuses to call for withdrawal or to support Senate measures that would restrict funding for the war??????????YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYBODY, HILARY. SOMETIMES YOU JUST GOTTA PICK A SIDE AND GET THE HELL OUT OF THE MIDDLE.

December 2006: Hillary still doesn't join John Kerry and John Edwards in apologizing for the war authorization vote, but she does say: "Obviously, if we knew then what we know now, there wouldn't have been a vote and I certainly wouldn't have voted that way."

October 2006: Hillary calls for the firing of Donald Rumsfeld. "If we could get some adult supervision right now in the administration with respect to their war strategy, this could be handled," she said. She's not against the war-she just thinks it's being managed badly.

*************September 2006: Clinton votes NO on Senate Amendment 4882 sponsored by Diane Feinstein that would ban the sale of cluster munitions for the use in heavily populated civilian areas. The amendment is defeated 70-30.

June 2006: Clinton votes NO on Senate Amendment 4442 sponsored by John Kerry that would require the redeployment of United States Armed Forces from Iraq in order to further a political solution in Iraq. The amendment is defeated 86-13.

November 2005: A few days after Representative John Murtha bravely calls for the redeployment of troops currently in Iraq, Hillary offers this response: an immediate U.S. withdrawal from Iraq would be "a big mistake."

*************February 2005: Hillary makes the somewhat dubious statements that much of Iraq is functioning well, that elections there have succeeded and that the insurgency is failing. Hillary says the US should not set a deadline for troop withdrawal because it will "play into the hands of the insurgents."

April 2004: Hillary says she is not sorry she voted for a resolution authorizing the president to take military action in Iraq, but she does regret "the way the president used the authority."

October 2002: Clinton votes YES on House Joint Resolution 114, "to authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against Iraq." The measure passes the Senate 77-23.

HILARY, ALONG WITH ALL OUR CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS WERE IRRESPONSIBLE IN ALLOWING US TO GO TO WAR WHEN THEY HAD NO CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THE ISSUES. THEY WERE BEING POLITICAL AND TOO CONCERNED WITH OTHER ISSUES. NOT JUST HILARY, ALL OF THEM. HILARY IS JUST DUCKING RESPONSIBILITY IN HER THIRST FOR THE WHITE HOUSE. SHE IS RUNNING FOR OFFICE SO LET THE BUYERS BEWARE!

ANYBODY WHO WANTS IT THIS BADLY SHOULD NOT BE PRESIDENT.

I HAVE YET TO SEE A MAN BOTH WORTHY OF OCCUPYING THE WHITE HOUSE AND CAPABLE OF RUNNING THE COUNTRY THE WAY IT SHOULD BE RUN, ACCORDING TO OUR LAWS AND CONSTITUTION. THE PROBLEM IS, ONLY POLITICIANS WANT TO BE PRESIDENT. KIND OF AN OXYMORON.

 A BEDTIME STORY

2006 Lyrics by Tommye Rodrigues
All Rights Reserved

MY FRIEND STROUD

I jumped out of a plane a million feet up

Sippin’ my Kool Aid from a Dixie cup

I skipped up and down from cloud to cloud

Not spillin’ a drop as I danced all around

Then I met a little guy as I bouncing around

Bouncing, bounding, from cloud to cloud

A short little cutie by the name of Stroud

An alien is what he said he was

Only 2 feet high and cute as a bug

He smiled at me with his cute little mouth

And when he laughed he made the funniest sound

Kinda like a hiccup

And three antennas on the top of his head lit up

One was red, one was green, and one was kinda inbetween

He was the cutest little alien I had ever seen

As Stroud skipped with me from cloud to cloud

I had to hold his hand so he wouldn’t fall down

He said he couldn’t help wondering why

A wingless creature like me was playing way up here in the sky

Acting like I could fly

I said, Stroud, you’ve just popped into my very own dream

I don’t know how or why

But since you’re with me here in my dream

Why not accept what seems to be

And skip from cloud to cloud with me

And up and down and all around

Seeing what we can see

I told Stroud as we bounced around

Up and down from cloud to cloud

just seein’ what we could see

That for a kid from Earth

The sky is sometimes the nicest place to be

Stroud, I said, although I’m just a kid

Not big or important or wise

I’ll share a secret with you

While we play up here in the sky

When you pop into an earth kid’s dream

You must never question what seems to be

That means you never start asking why

‘Cause when it comes to dreams

My little alien friend

With floppy ears that bend end over end again and again

I can dream about just anything

And things in my dreams are what I want them to be

So if I dream I can fly, I can fly

In dreams the sky is the limit, Stroud

That means in my dreams there’s nothing I can’t do

As I play up here in the sky with you

Well, I thought the sky was the limit, Stroud

Until, that is, I met you

Now I see that we

Must go on a voyage

Way past my earth’s clouds and sky

Even farther than my earth’s sun

I know you must wonder why

We must voyage way past earth’s sky

Well, Stroud, since it’s getting very, very, late

Our trip across the sky can’t wait

Let me tell you why

We must take a voyage way past my Earth’s clouds and sky

I can see it’s past your bedtime, Stroud

‘Cause your sweet bug eyes are drooping down

So our voyage will take you home

Where you belong

Home to your Mom and Dad and all your friends

and most important

Home to your very own bed

Boy, won’t that trip be fun!

Finding you, Stroud, was a great surprise

And I am the luckiest kid alive

To become best friends

With a neat alien kid like you

Whose skin is such a beautiful blue

Since your home is so, so far away,

Farther than I ever go to play

And it will be a long, long ride

To where you live in the faraway sky

In a space ship that we will have to design

And we are both a little tired

Though we try to hide it

Why don’t we gently close our eyes

And dream that we are sleeping on the softest and fluffiest

Clouds in the sky

Yes, we will dream that we are sleeping

On the softest and fluffiest clouds in the sky

Goodnight, Stroud, not Goodbye

I’ll look for you next time

I play way up here in the sky

Letter(s) to Perkins Cole law firm, the firm with which Nick Rockefeller is associated.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1263677258215075609&hl=en

After viewing the video of Aaron Russo's interview with respect to the time during which Nick Rockefeller and the CFR were wooing him, I find Mr. Russo credible and I have nothing but antipathy for Nick Rockefeller.

Are all members of Perkins Cole's law firm in agreement with Rockefeller, that half the world's population should be eliminated, that all Americans should be RFID'd? I find it difficult to believe your firm's stated goals and ethics when you are associated with a Nick Rockefeller.

Sincerely,

Tommye Rodrigues

TIPS Program resurfaces in North Carolina.

Remember President Bush's TIPS Program, a program that encouraged us to report on our neighbors if we suspected they might be terrorists? Well, it was canned thanks to the ACLU and other human rights watchdogs sometime in 2002.

It has resurfaced in North Carolina in the form of county zoning and land use ordinances. These zoning and land use laws say we cannot refuse government access to our property. The ordinance then cites so many potential violations that they can find something to penalize ANYBODY, especially ANYBODY who is critical of the government. If you do not fix what they say you should fix, they will fix it and then put liens on your property and you could feasibly lose your property or they could declare your property uninhabitable.

This is a way of punishing critics of the government. Or just anybody at all. I really could not believe what I was reading. But, it is a fact. Many predicted that TIPS would resurface but in a different guise - and it has. So, be on the lookout. We usually ignore city and county ordinances because we are concerned with "bigger issues." This is how they might catch you sleeping and you will wake up to find officials in your home, whether you want them there or not. And they have punishments available for those who interfere with their free ingress into our homes.

Big Brother rears his ugly head, yet again.
